We accept returns on all unused and unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged for return shipping. 

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your returned items. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. 

The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the returned items, excluding any shipping charges. 

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account. 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. 

Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us to expedite the resolution process. 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items unless they are damaged or defective. 

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
